Oh no, what on earth is going on? I only just upgraded my sites to Joomla 1.6 and now there is Joomla 1.7. What the hell happened!!! Did I fall asleep and wake up 3 years later?
Joomla always takes at least 3 years to release a new version, when I have to go through the heartache and misery of migrating to a new version. Now there is a new release just six months after the last. This is terrible!!!
I just don't think I can go through the nightmare of a migration again. I don't mind doing regular updates to minor releases but a whole new version you got to be kidding me - this is a disaster!! And now I see that Joomla 1.6 will be unsupported with no future bug and security fixes can my day get any worse?
Now I'm going to have to stay in front of the computer migrating web sites instead of going to watch the new Harry Potter movie tonight. The kids are going to be heartbroken that we can't go to Disneyland this summer, there is just no way I can possibly leave for two weeks with all of this happening. Who is going to pay for all the time spent upgrading the web sites? My clients surely won't they only just paid their invoice, for the last time.
But wait a second what's all this? Can it really be true?
