I was a teacher and it was hard to pay the bills. I'd always done webdesign, but Joomla allowed me to grow my business in the evenings. It ended up swamping my day job.

What one feature would you like to see in Joomla?
I'd like to see it given a usability makeover. Sit down with a large group of end-users and figure out where the friction points are.
