If I weren't talking to you right now I'd be ...
Designing, building or updating a website

I wish people would take more notice of ...
The details—In everything.

A phrase I use far too often is ...
"BAD GIRL!" (get your mind out of the gutter, I'm talking about my puppy)

The most suprising thing that has happened to me is ...
I started doing development and I love it. My schooling is in fine art and I thought for sure I'd only be an artist my whole life.

I'm good at ...
Bridging design & technology and mixing the two for something that is as functional as it is beautiful

I'm very bad at ...
Being business oriented. I'd work for free and help everyone if I could

The ideal night out is ...
Being some place new with friends. I love to explore.

The best age to be is ...
23 1/2. You have learned a lot, you're self-sufficient—hopefully, but you still get to have fun

What did you dream of becoming as a child?
An artist. Comic book illustrator or cartoonist to be exact

My philosophy on life is ...
“Out of intense complexities intense simplicities emerge.” - Winston Churchill

How did you get involved in Joomla?
A developer partner of mine and I built 4 or 5 sites in Joomla! He then proceeded to take a full time job at Yahoo! and left me forced to learn Joomla! on my own. I really struggled at first being a design, but as soon as I learned template overrides I was in love.

I am involved in Joomla because ....
It started off because of how powerful and flexible the framework is, but as I started to interact more and more with the community I realized it was bigger than that. The community has much more power and flexibility than any framework or software could ever have—open source or not

What one feature would you like to see in Joomla?
I can't say there is one particular feature I'd like to see. I'd like to see users really push the limits of the framework, templates and extensions. I want to look a site and say, "WOW that's a great site!" (design, functionality & content) than look into it and shockingly find that it's built in Joomla!

What is the first extension you install in Joomla?
Joomla Content EditorJoomla Content Editor

Complete the sentance "Joomla rocks the world because ..."
...of its powerful framework"
